Digital Products
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. A download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Physical Products
All physical items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from Ontario, Canada.
Shipping Details
All physical products are carefully packaged in rigid mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
To keep shipping affordable, we offer untracked shipping via Canada Post by default.
Tracked shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders over $50 CAD (before tax and shipping) will automatically be upgraded to tracked shipping.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers and any necessary building access codes. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Items returned to sender will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
