Thank you for shopping with us! We’re a small business that puts a lot of love (and puns) into everything we make. Here's what you need to know about returns and exchanges:

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. If you have any trouble with your file or download, please reach out within 48 hours of purchase — we're happy to help!

Physical Products

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Since each item is made with care in small batches, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, but we’re always here to help if you have any questions before ordering!

Additional Notes

Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by postal services, but we’ll always do our best to make things right.
